Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms are intended to define the rights and obligations between us and users regarding the use of the App, and apply to all relationships relating to the use of the App.

Article 2 (Overview of the App)

The App is a reading record app that lets you manage your reading records as if they were "savings." Users can register books and enjoy recording their reading by accumulating the prices of finished books into an account.

Article 3 (In-App Purchases)

The App offers a paid plan called "Unlimited" that provides additional features.

Payments are processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Refunds after purchase are subject to Apple's policies. If you would like a refund, please contact Apple Support.

The annual plan automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your iPhone's "Settings" → Apple ID → "Subscriptions."

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts:

(1) Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise analyzing the source code of the App
(2) Using the App's features improperly
(3) Infringing the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of us or any third party
(4) Using the sharing feature to publish illegal, harmful, or anti-social content
(5) Any other acts that we deem inappropriate

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or other qualities of the App's content. We bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damages arising from the use of the App.

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of data due to device failure, device replacement, deletion of the App, or similar causes. Please use the sharing and export features to safeguard important data.

Article 6 (Changes to or Termination of the Service)

We may change the content of the App or suspend or terminate its provision without prior notice. We bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)

We may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms of Service take effect when posted on this page.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute relating to the App, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
